CAN I HAVE SOME STICKERS?

We're happy to give you a few – if we haven't run out already! You'll need to send an envelope with enough stamps to your countries Bataleon distributor though email Mr. B at mrb@bataleon.com to find out where to send it (remember to tell him your country!).

CAN I GET A CUSTOM GRAPHIC?

Nope. Sorry, it's simply waaaay too expensive to do a one-off graphic (but feel free to email us if you actually do have waaaay too much money).

CAN I GET A CUSTOM SIZE?

Nope. Sorry, the moulds that are used to press flat snowboards are really, really expensive – and our TBT moulds are twice that.

SHOULD I GET A WIDE OR A NORMAL MODEL?

That depends on your boot length and the board width. Generally you don't want your toe or heel overhanging the edge more than about 25 – 30mm. If you have a US11 (44) or larger boot then you'll need to check this by trying your boot on a board. With this boot size you may need to look for a board with a waist width of 255mm+, or even one of the wide models that are around 260–265mm.

I WAS JUST TURNING AND MY BOARD BROKE – HONEST! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check out our warranty page to see what is covered and what to do. Remember though, any snowboard will come off second best to a rock or a rail – if it's impact damage then it's unlikely that you'll be covered!

CAN I BE ON YOUR TEAM?

Sure! Where should we send your pay check? Seriously though, for sponsorship you'll first need to start with your local Bataleon distributor. The best way to get sponsored is to enter contests, take photographs and video, and meet people! But most of all ride HARD! Once you have good contest results, plus REALLY GREAT photos and video then you can approach your local Bataleon distributor with this stuff to see if you can get help. The things that will get you there are hard work, great style, great attitude, personality, a huge bag of tricks plus of course, talent and ability!

WHERE CAN I GET A STONE GRIND?

Any workshop with a stone grinding machine with removable wheels should be able to service a TBT board - but make sure you point out the TBT base shape to the workshop technician! We have made a video showing the correct method to stone grind a TBT board here. Show them this if you need to.

DO I NEED SPECIAL WAX FOR A TBT BASE?

Nope, but we think ours works best! Two formulas in one pack helps keep the edges lubed longer!

DOES TBT REALLY WORK?

Yep. We think it makes snowboarding better. You can read more about it here. But don't believe us, demo one for yourself!

DO YOU HAVE A ......... LEFT FROM LAST YEAR THAT I CAN BUY?

Nope. Sorry – so far we've sold out every season, and we also don't sell direct. For old models try your local dealer (try our shops page) or ebay - you might get lucky!
